This page explains how FeJonesLive handles your information and why we treat that responsibility as a matter of integrity, not just compliance.
The Hebrew word qadash means to consecrate, to set apart, to treat as holy. It is the same word used in Genesis when God blessed and sanctified the seventh day. Not common. Not casual. Set apart.
That is how I think about the information you share with me. When you give me your name, your email address, or your payment details, you are extending trust. And trust is not a data point. It is not a marketing asset. It is not something to be monetized, traded, or handed off to systems that treat people as targets.
I wrote an entire book about the difference between building with integrity and building with Babylon's methods. This page is one of the places where that conviction has to show up in practice. So what follows is not a legal formality. It is a real explanation of what I collect, what I do with it, and why I do not do more than that.
If you ever have a question about how your data is handled, or if you want to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, you can reach me directly. Contact information is at the bottom of this page.
This privacy policy applies to all visitors and customers of FeJonesLive (fejoneslive.com), operated by Fe Jones under Radical Lives Press. It covers data collected through this website, email subscriptions, purchases, and membership in The Study Room on Patreon.
This policy does not cover third-party platforms you may visit through links on this site. Those platforms have their own policies and I encourage you to review them.
The information collected depends on how you interact with this site. Here is a plain breakdown.
Name, email address, billing address, and payment information processed through WooCommerce. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored on this site.
Name and email address, collected through Jetpack subscription forms on this site and managed through Brevo. You opt in. You can opt out at any time.
Name, email address, and the content of your message, submitted through our support portal at Freshdesk.
General browsing data such as pages visited, time on site, and device type, collected through Jetpack site stats. This data is aggregated and not tied to individual identities.
Your information is used to fulfill what you came here for and nothing more. Specifically: to process and deliver your order, to send you content you subscribed to receive, to respond to your support requests, and to understand in general terms how the site is being used so it can be improved.
Your email address is not added to any list you did not sign up for. Your purchase information is not used to remarket to you without your consent. Your data is not sold to anyone, shared with advertisers, or used to build audience profiles for third-party platforms.
Running this site requires working with a small number of third-party platforms. Each one is used for a specific, legitimate function.
WordPress and Jetpack power the site and handle subscriptions and analytics. WooCommerce processes purchases. Brevo manages email delivery. Freshdesk handles support requests. Patreon hosts The Study Room membership and operates under its own privacy policy for members. None of these services are authorized to use your information beyond what is needed to perform their function.
If this list changes, this page will be updated to reflect it.
This site uses cookies to function correctly. These include cookies that keep your shopping cart working, remember your login if you have an account, and allow Jetpack to generate basic site statistics. No advertising cookies or cross-site tracking tools are used on this site.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect certain site features, including the checkout process.
Purchase records are retained as required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance, typically seven years. Email subscriber records are retained for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your address is removed from active lists. Support ticket records are retained for a reasonable period to support follow-up if needed.
If you would like your data deleted outside of these standard retention periods, you can request that directly using the contact information below, and I will handle it promptly.
Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to know what information is held about you, to request a correction if something is inaccurate, and to request deletion of your personal data where there is no legal obligation to retain it. If you are located in the European Union or California, additional rights under GDPR and CCPA apply, including the right to data portability and the right to opt out of data sales. We do not sell data, but we recognize that right and honor it.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below. We will respond within 30 days.
For any questions about this policy or to submit a data request, you can reach us through our support portal at fejones.freshdesk.com or by email at info@fejoneslive.com.
We take these requests seriously and will respond with the same standard of care that we apply to everything else on this site.
